Tri-Tip Roast

Tri-tip is a hefty roast. The tri-tip is a triangular muscle with plenty of flavor. Cooked right, it produces an unbelievably juicy slice of roast. Best grilled or roasted then sliced across the grain or cut it into individual steaks.
