Know Your Beef

We raise our Charolais cattle under the Montana Big Sky along the dramatic Rocky Mountain Front on sunshine and grass.

Fifty-eight years ago our parents, Lloyd and Jane DeBruycker selected Charolais due to its meat quality, its natural leanness and its excellent performance in converting grass into remarkable meat.  DeBruycker Charolais are first in genetics which is why we produce quality beef for our customers.

The Charolais breed is well known for rapid growth and good muscling, as well as high meat yield and offers the industry with top quality beef that is rich in iron and low in fat.

The Charolais breed are an efficient and sustainable breed to raise. They are first in the industry for conversion of forage to a finished product.

Eco-friendly, pasture raised, grain finished, dry aged, high quality meat, from our family to yours. We are excited to bring you the same legendary homegrown quality that we’ve enjoyed for decades.

Our Process

Our cattle are pasture raised and grain finished, which makes the meat more tender and enhances the natural marbling and flavor profile of Charolais meat.

Our meat is 100% free of any kind of growth hormones or any added hormones. DeBruycker Charolais Cattle are raised on sunshine, grass, grain and love.

The rich flavor and tenderness of our meat is because we grain finish and dry age our beef.  We are committed to help grow and strengthen local economies and support other small businesses that’s why we process our meat in Montana at a locally owned USDA inspected facility.

Our Future

We believe in a prosperous America. We are committed to the future of rural America, to preserving local landscapes and family farms, strengthening of local and regional economies, and providing fresher, higher quality food products for consumers.

“We are doing the best we can to raise kids that are going to be coming back in to our local economy and our United States Economy, and just to doing the best they can to help society” ~Brett DeBruycker
