Shipping, Handling and Monthly Subscriptions

Shipping for Monthly Subscription Packages:  

  • You are responsible to pause your subscription package if you no longer wish to receive them.

  • You will not receive a refund if you forget to pause. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Shipping and Signing Up – When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your subscription options, your delivery zone, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your delivery location, credit card info, or password and even place a vacation or suspension hold just by signing in to your account.

Shipping and Payments – We bill your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card the same day your DeBruycker Charolais Meat is delivered.

  • You will automatically be billed every month on the same day you set up your Subscription.

  • You will get a statement by email.

  • We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our order site is run by Stripe and Paypal and your information is stored securely by Stripe and Paypal

Shipping and Fluctuating Pricing. Every cut of beef has its own price and weight, therefore shipping price will fluctuate every month.

Receiving Deliveries – Your beef will ship on the following Tuesday from the day you get re-billed.

Vacation and Suspension Holds – If you need to put your Subscription delivery on hold. You will need to email us at shop@debruyckercharolais.com to let us know how long you need to pause your subscription. You are required to do this before midnight on Sunday for the coming weeks delivery. Your credit/debit card will not be charged while your delivery is on hold. Shipping & Handling

Shipping Information – No Subscription Packages: 

  • Orders are shipped once weekly on Mondays. Orders placed after 4pm MST on Sunday will ship the following Monday. When shipping beef, larger volumes of meat ship better than smaller volumes. We recommend placing a minimum order of at least 10 pounds of beef.

  • Shipping prices may be higher in the summer months as expedited shipping and more ice is necessary in getting your meat to your door without too much thaw.

  • Perishable

    Our meat boxes are shipped quickly, arriving in 48 hours or less (usually 24 hours). We use top-of-the-line industry packaging and dry ice to make sure your meat arrives in great condition, though delays sometimes occur that are outside of our control. In the vast majority of cases, delays do not cause any spoilage.

    Your meat will arrive frozen, partially frozen, or ready to eat. The USDA confirms that meat that is cold to the touch (colder than refrigerator temp.) can be eaten safely and refrozen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you encounter a problem with your meat.

  • Refrigerate or Freeze your Beef Immediately upon Arrival: While we understand precautions must currently be taken when receiving packages, our beef is shipped with only enough dry ice or gel packs to stay frozen for two days while in transit and must be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.

Communications: DeBruycker Charolais team will communicate with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment or to remind you of a scheduled pick-up. Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings on our ranch.  By becoming a member of our subscription, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive.
